Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee
I have been arrested twice in 2007 one was a felony for possetion of marijuana and the other was a misdemeanor theft. Are there any ways of having these taken off of my record?

Mere arrests are not evidence of anything. What happened to the charges?
Under certain circumstances arrests -- and even a conviction -- can be expunged.
