How do I get my record esponged

You should contact the court clerk in the county where you were charged to find out if your convictions are able to be expunged. If they are then you can typically pay a fee to the clerk and appear before the judge to request an expungement or contact a local attorney to handle it for you.

I have to disagree with attorney Reynold's response because it suggests that in Tennessee you can have records of convictions expunged. In Tennessee records of convictions are NEVER expunged. You can only expunge records of charges which result is something other than a conviction.
