Legal Question in Criminal Law in Tennessee

How to get justice over conspiracy by D.A., judge, Asst. D.A.

A friend has asked me to try to help her find an honest person to represent her and where to get a fair trial, even if out of state. The D.A. claiming to represent her in her mother's murder case advised her to plea bargain and actually took the defendents side, then was caught writing letters to him in jail to try to get him a lighter than 20 yr. sentence. It was in the news and she realizes he misrepresented her with the help of his asst. and the judge to get this man a limited sentence. She fears he will do it to someone else, but doesn't know where to turn. The case is being exposed in the local newspapers.

I am familiar with the situation about which you are speaking. It seems that the roles of the prosecution and defense have been blurred. I would be more than happy to speak with you or your friend to address her concerns. I may be reached through my website at www.TennesseeDefense.com to setup a telephone interview. Go to my website, review it, and give me a call to discuss this matter.
