i was pulled over for a traffic vilation and they forund parafanala he told me to rat some one out and he would let me go i did not sign anything should i worry

North Carolina has two forms of possession for paraphenalia. Actual, such as it was in your pocket and constructive, such as it was in your car. Signature on a uniform citation usually doesn't matter, the officer probably marked that it was delivered.
