Petion to establish paternity has been filed in Juvinille court. Attorney has been dismissed. Is there a time limit to hire a new attorney? What about pro se procedure? Eleven days remain for defendant to file respnse. What should my son (Plantif ) do next?

There is no specific limit on how long a party can take to get a new attorney, unless the court set out such a limit in the court order.

What should your son do? He should talk with an attorney in person or by phone, where all of the details can be brought out and he can get meaningful advice.
