Legal Question in Military Law in Tennessee

I have been discharged from the Marine Corps and have recently found out that the Marines gave out ALL of my information to the court system. Is the Marine Corps able to give my information out without my permission?

Short answer: it depends.

Was there a subpoena or other court order?

What information was released?

Who is "the court system"? The District Attorney? A judge? Your attorney?

Is the matter civil (for example, in conection with paternity or child support) or criminal (prosecution or defense)?

It is impossible to tell from your question whether information was improperly released.
