Legal Question in Personal Injury in Tennessee

If I take a settlement offer from a car insurance company, from an accident I was injured in recently, they offered the max on the guys insurance pocily of 25,000.Can I then file suit on the guy personally for other moneys also?

No. They will require a signed full release.
