Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

I want to lease a warehouse and use it as a music venue. I've been throwing events with local DJ's and bands in my garage but the popularity has increased such that I must expand. I know I'll probably need to get a business license and liability insurance but I am unsure how to go about it and how much it will cost. Alcohol will not be served or permitted on the premises.

You would need proper licenses and insurance. Also, you would need to check into the zoning of the warehouse you want to lease to make sure that it is zoned for such activities. Also, you would want to look into sound proofing the warehouse and checking with local ordinances as to sound regulations. The costs can widely vary case by case.
