Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

Hello, I'm 14 years old and 1 year ago I found out who my biological father was. we contacted each other through text messaging for 8 months and in that time he would always ask me to send him nude pictures(this was often) he also masturbated on camera in front of me and made me do the same as well. A couple of months later he came to see me for the very first time and raped me. My question(s) are what will he be charged for, what will be his punishment as far as paying a fine or going to jail? will he be registered as a sex offender(if so, how long) do I have to testify? And do I have to be there when this situation does go to court ? It would be amazing if my questions could be answered, thank you very much!
