contested will

my father passed away 3 yrs ago at the time he passed away my stepmother took the estate. in june of 2008 she passed away she left a will leaving everything to her biological children. leaving me and my siblings completely out. my father left a will saying all his children were to share equally in his estate. do i have any legal recourse? thank you--name removed--hurst

Yes. You and your siblings should begin to probate your father's estate quickly so that you will make a claim to assets that would otherwise appear to belong to your step-mother.
