Father had dementia; wife had him change will 4 month before passing
My dad passed away in 2001; his wife had him sign a new will 4 months before his death; he had dementia; can his children sue for a copy of will done before the one before his death? this new wife had him change his will - so his blood relatives were cut out of his estate? what can we do? she has now passed and has left his entire estate of millions to her two children and nieces and nephews and us nothing.
