Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

My father passed and left a trust for mentally disabled brother which i am legal guardian to.Do I have a right to see such trust?A wicked step-mother is involved.

If you are a court appointed conservator of the person and property of your brother then you are absolutely entitled to see the trust agreement.
