Legal Question in Administrative Law in Texas
My brother borrowed some property from me under the pretext that it would be returned to me in a few months. It is over 2 years later and every time I ask for it back I am ignored. What can I do to reattain my property?

Send him a certified demand letter and then if he does not return the property, sue him in small claims court.
