I would like to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy, but I have little income. Is it possible that I would still be able to file and who would I be able to contact in this matter? Thank you kindly.

Many people file bankruptcy BECAUSE they have little income - not enough to pay their bills. Any attorney who specializes in bankruptcy should be able to help you.
