Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

I was an employee in sales for a company. The owner of the company wired money into my personal account asking that I purchase equipment for a new branch of the company. I purchased 100k of equipment, provided all receipts, the receipts have been misplaced of lost now. I was fired from the company and he is now wanting me to provide all the receipts and my personal bank statements. I have copies of some of the receipts but does he have a right to my personal bank statements?

This whole thing sounds strange.

However, if he sues you post suit or in a lawsuit, he will be able to get your personal bank records as you opened up review of your personal bank account(s) by allowing him to place money in your personal account. You should hire a lawyer to take over.
