Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have had money taken from my checking account with my permission, I do not know anything about this company that is doing it. all the bank is telling me is that its done over the phone, and other account holders have had this same problem. I have the name of the company but have been unable to reach them. I am out of a lot of money. should I contact a lawyer to handle this?

Yes, contact a lawyer. Write a letter to the bank NOW telling them not to allow this company to take any more money out of your account, and demand the return/refund of any monies that have already been taken out.
AND demand that your bank give you contact information (addresses, phone numbers) for the company that's been stealing from you.
