Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Should I Register As A Foreign Or Domestic Corporation/LLC

I have been a sole proprietor for a few years and see a need to either file as a corporation or as LLC. If I operate only in my state but do business with out-of state businesses, can I still do this as a domestic corporation or LLC? Under my business, I am about to start a website and plan to operate in the following ways: 1) Sell my website advertising banners to businesses in other states; 2) Work with out-of-state writers who want to contribute articles to my website; 3) Work with out-of-state individuals who wish to sell ads for my website, for which I plan to pay them commission; 4) Write articles on businesses in and outside my state. By doing business like this, am I required to operate as foreign?

You are domestic in the state of your domicile. If you need to register in other jurisdictions (which is a complicated question) you would register as a foreign entity in those.
