Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am starting a business and we are setting in up as a LLC.
My partner is handling the LLC part so I wanted to know how I make sure that I am added to the partnership as an equal ?

Read the agreements, records etc. then. Look up the filings, and have your own attorney.
