I got a 100$ for my birthday and I bought a Xbox and me and my dad got into an argument and he smashed my Xbox what can I do to get my money back

He had no right to smash your Xbox, although he did have a right to tell you that you could not ever use it again. Why don't you have a mature conversation with your dad on how you both should proceed?
