Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

Sharing a P. O. Box

My family just moved to a resort location for an employment opportunity. My husband is the General Manager for the resorts restaurant. We live at the resorts condo and was told by the office manager and resort owner to use their p.o. box until we could get one of our own. This was before we moved. Unfortunently the resort manager hasn't given use one piece of our personnal mail. My husband got the box key once and we got one piece of our personnal mail. The resort manager moved the key and told my husband she would get the mail from then on and we have not recieved any more mail. What can I do? I know we are not recieving our personnal mail and don't know what to do. Should I contact a Lawyer?

Re: Sharing a P. O. Box

It is a federal crime to intercept the mail of another without authorization. Contact the Postmaster in your town and explain the situation to him/her.
