Legal Question in Technology Law in Texas

Hi.my name is "Jen" and I had a friend named "Amy" who started a video modeling company...And I offered to help out with promoting the company and acquiring models for her. Well I started to realize that my help was taking alot of time away from my schoolwork and stopped helping with the company. I let "Amy" know about my decision and she said she respected it. As apart the promotions for the company, "Amy" used online campaigns, websites and youtube. In the tags she used for youtube she added my name, the models names...and porn. Now when any potential employer googles my name it is linked thru her online presence to porn. And I've asked her to remove it...and she hasn't. I'm not in any videos, nor was I a model or in pornography. What can I do in this situation to let this girl know that I mean business and she has to remove my name? Isn't this illegal?

If she is accurate in her usage of your name, it is likely not illegal. To let her know you mean business...hmm, post her name accurately and link her to even worse porn and then you might be able to swap, your take-down for her take-down of the links. Or, that might escalate the fight and then you are just in worse shape. There are other effective countermeasures, but those I do not give for free as they are proprietary and much less effective if disclosed publicly on a forum like this.
