Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Texas
I am a Texas resident, 19 years old. I own a pistol and want to clarify if I can carry it concealed and loaded in my truck. Chapter 46 of the Texas penal code states I can, but is there a loop hole anywhere? I am not in a gang and have a clean record.
