Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

i bought a car through my local credit union in PA and then moved to TX i also had a motorcycle loan through them. My ex was suppose to make the bike payments and wasnt but i wasnt notified it was late so when i was sending in my payments for my car some of it was being applied to the bike then all of a sudden they decide to send someone to repo both. I received a certified letter saying what was due just last week and the due date was for December 6 but i was not aware of it and sent a payment in Dec 13th that they accepted. Can they repo both now without me having time to pay up the past due?

yes..contract permits repo one day late..but call them immediately...and good luck..
