i enroll my son on a chidcare facility, we pay a prorate amount for the first month plus fees and a security deposit, the full amount we pay was arround $610, the monthly rate was $400 on the second month my son was ill twice one of those time with pnuemonia, he was not well for a few weeks and i decided not to send it back to this place again, i pay over $400 dollars in medical bills and the administration of this childcare facility told me not to bring my son if it was sick. now this place contacted their attorney and they send me a letter telling me that i owed them $695 which includes late fees if i don't pay they are treating me to take me to court and i would have to pay attorney fees and court cause.please let me know if there is naything i can do.

Without seeing the agreement..who can advise you?so you need to take the demand to a lawyer with all your paperwork..and if you owe anything, that lawyer could negotiate..or call us and fax or email info for our review
