Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I consolidated my debt, through ABC Debt Solutions, nearly 4 years ago. I have recently been contacted by a lawyer, representing Chase Bank, telling me that I am about to be subpoenaed because I have not paid them. I was under the impression that when I completed my payments with ABC, that all my debt was taken care of. I am not sure whether I should try to settle with Chase or take another route. I paid over $20,000 to ABC to take care of my debt. The Chase lawyer is contacting me at home and at work, with harassing phone calls. Thanks for your time.

It sounds like a bad collection case against Chase...but we took action against debt consolidation firm in past...with success.....No fee to review the facts..and we could advise..
