Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I am not very intelligent when it comes to the law. I have a question in regards to a judgement and also a question in regards ti IURS but my first question is that I am trying toi get a job and there is a judgement against me an this seems to be causing issues however I didn't know that I had a judgement against me until they told me. Can someone please tell me what to do?
