I'm being sued by a credit card company, can can I go to jail if I can't pay? What will happen to me?

You are not going to jail for a civil debt. If they win, they will take a judgment against you, and can attempt to collect it for 10 years, and then if renewed, another 10 years. Collection includes executing against your non-exempt property.
