Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am currently on 7 months deferred adjudication for a class B misdemeanor, possession of marijuana. I was ordered by the court to do 16 hours of community service and a drug class. I was then ordered by someone who works closely with the probation officer's to take an SOP class due to my evaluation taken. Do I have to finish all the SOP classes in order to file for an early termination of deferred adjudication.

You can file, however you may not win. Probation is likely to argue that you are not finished because you have not completed everything. The issue is whether or not the classes are part of your sentence. If the evaluation which called for the classes was court ordered, the classes might be court ordered. Suggest you contact a local criminal defense attorney.
