Legal Question
my 17 year old son was majestrated for Burglary of habitation because he attempted to take a bike from the yard. Now they say he is 17 and put him in with adults. is there any way they can transfer this back to Juvenile court? They have since tranfered him to another detention center far away and he has not even been sentenced yet. As parents we are concern. What can we do?
