Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested 8/15/2010 poss of marijuana greater than 4 lbs less than 5 lbs and put on deferred probation I was told I was not a felon just have a felony charge but on my back ground checks it shows up as a class A felon what can I do
