Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I got arrested for the very first time in February. I am being offered a new a deferred judification that my attorney thinks is a great deal. It involves a year probation. He also mentioned possibly them allowing is to put a packet together showing I do not get into trouble, work hard, and possibly get it dismissed. He said He asked if we could but if I understand correctly, they said the deferred judification would not be o.k. the table if the packet is denied. I am a single mother of two children and struggle financially. I can't afford probation and anything else it might come with. Any ideas on what I could do to get it dismissed?

Soooooo much more information is needed. And you have a lawyer. You need to have a talk with your lawyer about how to proceed and your concerns about finances.
