Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

community supervision

I am a 22 year old unemployed student who has just had a motion to revoke probation filed on me because I haven't paid $345 and my probation ends this month.I have finished all of my community service, required classes and been to all my probation officer meetings. I have already had my probation extended once a while back. Is there anything I can do to avoid jail time i.e more community service? Will i have to serve the whole 30 days in jail that my papers say i can be sentenced?

Re: community supervision

That is up to your probation officer, assuming you do not have a lawyer. If you are not in jail, start mowing yards and get that $345 paid -- it will solve most of your problems. The judge, without a lawyer helping you, will not be sympathetic to being 22 and unemployed.
