Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Crimina defense:Allegedly,while I was charged and receiving the help as my alleged mediator(a former prosecuter) whom mentioned details of my case and my character too my brother (whom was helping me get the legal help I needed) refused too help Me and through the tactics of intimidation and fear allegedly influenced Me too sign a guilty plea. Do you know what recourse of action I could take that would help me resolve My torment and pain that I could resolve this a success for My future,Thank You very Much. !

Go consult with a lawyer. If within 30 days of the plea, may be able to file a motion for new trial. But, if you get a new trial, you start from the beginning and may lose the offer you had.
