Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am engaged to a man that i have been with for little over one year. He recently plead guilty to sexual assualt of a child. I have two teenage daughters ages 14 and 15 which are actually his cousins by their father. They cant b around him. So i have to let my mother keep them while i see him. We want to get married and so he asked his probation officer about when we get married if i can have my kids. Cus the papers say he neds written permission first. Now they are saying he has to break up ewith me. Cus he cant be with anyone that has kids eventhough iv left them with my mother. I love this man with all my heart. But i dont want him going to prison cus of me. But i dont see how legally they can make us seperate. I need to know what we need to do. I dont believe his guilty but he couldnt afford to keep fighting the case. The girls mom wanted to be with him and he didnt want to be with her. And this is what happened. Please give me advice on what to do. Thank you

They can make him do whatever they want to make him do. And, you are taking a chance on losing your kids with your behaviors. You are choosing a man over your children. Bad choice. Find love elsewhere.
