They got the meth under 4 gs. Charged me with possession with intent to deliver. Is there anyway I can get this reduced, do rehab, a 1244b, any hope at all. 1244 applies to reducing State Jail Felonies to Class A misdemeanors. possession of 1-4 grams is a third degree felony so 1244 would not apply. If you have an extensive record, it is possible this charge might be enhanced. You need a criminal defense attorney.

The only hope I can see is that the search might be bad, If it is, your attorney can file a motion to suppress. If this is granted, then the drugs can't be admitted into evidence.
