Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am being falsely accused of stealing someone's property after visiting someone's residence for the first and only time. They claim to have actions which didn't take place on camera and are threatening myself and my family. They don't have my real name, only my facebook and pictures but do knowwhere I live. Also there's claims to be a warrant out for me, even though no such events took place and I did nothing wrong. What can I expect? Are they just trying to scare me? I received a slew of messages saying they were coming for me, for my kids, etc. How can I take action? The only mistake I made was trusting I was in the company of good people.

1) Call a bondsman and find out if there is a warrant for your arrest. If so, make the bond. If there is a warrant then 2), hire a lawyer to represent you.

It sounds like they are harassing you. If there is no warrant and if you did nothing wrong, you might hire a lawyer to send a "cease and desist" letter to them. You may call police and provide them with the threatening messages. They would likely contact the family and tell them to stop, and if they did not, file charges for harassing communications.
