Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hey my name is tashikaa perry i have been getting threats from ace cash services from some time now saying i owe them now i just called all the places that they say i supposedly owe rigjt now and it turned out not to be true so my question is do i need a lawyer?

Do you owe them money? If so, they can sue you. They cannot file charges against you as it is a civil matter (unless you did something illegal like present a check that was stolen or otherwise fraudulent.) If you do not owe them money, then you need not worry and you should tell them to quit contacting you.
