Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husband was incarcerated wed night with a p.i. and assault/bodily injury/family. charges were not placed for assault but was booked with p.i. was released thursday. friday was incarcerated for revoking parole with both counts. let it be known he is on parole for aggravated assault and drugs. has 23 more months to go. what can be done and will he be in long? i really need him out here.

Get him a criminal defense attorney that does parole law. Ask the lawyer about bonding him out..
