Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was at a military base and just as we are going to the checkpoint for car inspection I opened up my boyfriends glove compartment and found two pipes. He told me to hide them so I panicked and stuck them in my purse chich was the first place i could think of. They found them. He admitted in the report that he told me to hide them and they they aren't mine. I'm being charged now for possession of paraphernalia which apparently tested positive for Marijuana and methenphetamines. My question is how likely is it that I'll get off and can I come after my ex boyfriend for anything.

You intentionally and knowingly possessed those pipes. You are guilty. You could have said no. You could have thrown them back in the glove box. Your lawyer will have to some real convincing to get that dismissed. And if it is just a paraphernalia charge, it is not likely they would now charge him.
