My neibor had an affair with my husband. I want to know can I get in trouble for putting a sign on my car stating "whore" with an arrow pointing in the general direction of her home?

That would probably fall under the misdemeanor harassment statute. I suggest you consider filing a lawsuit for alienation of affection. Then see if you can serve her by publicatio...
