Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I dont know if i am on probation or not, i was arrested in mexico and assigned a probation officer in texas, but according to my police checks in the us it says i am a felon but does not mention the probation. i don't know how to sort this out, please help.

How can you not know? If you plead guilty and accepted probation, and you did not finish that probation, then you are on probation. But, if you are not reporting, then chances are that you have a warrant. Contact the county in which the criminal case was filed and determine the status of your case. You can call the district clerk's office with your personal information and get an update.
