Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am on probation they want me to sing papers so they can takk to my dr. and my phycitrist about sessions and our discusions ect. I gave them permission to talk to them about appointmens and such but iv'e been diognosed since i was 18 years old my problems started a long time before I ever even new about probation, it has nothing to do with them. can they get a court order to make me sign? can they revoke me for not signing?
