Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If someone is on probation and they can't speak to the othe person due to the probation but they work at the same place can the person on probation get in trouble still

The probationer needs to talk with his / her lawyer about the situation and then it probably needs to be addressed with the court. This should have been done at the original plea.
