Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i need to get an state id, but i can not due to what proof of id that i have at the moment. my brother has my birth certificate, social security card, and my current state id. and i can not get them from him. what can i do to get my things?

Contact DPS and explain your situation and ask for their advice. You can get a replacement birth certificate in your current county / state.
