Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
suspension 10yr
I have had my DL suspended for almost 10 years, I had an accident without insurance and I refused to pay the guy that acctually hit me but the police sided with him, I need to know what the statutes of limitaions is.. can i get a hardship DL..What do I need to do?

While I am licensed in Texas, I have not practiced criminal law there. My criminal law background is in North Carolina and unfortunately that does not allow me to give you any sound advice on the procedures available in Texas. I recommend you call an attorney in your locale who practices criminal law and they should easily be able to answer your question.
