Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Tabc law is 1 beer every 1 hour they serve more than that whith no food I left and police pull me over I got arrested for dwi 2 time now my question is can I turn over the case to the bar ?

The bar has nothing to do with your DWI. It is not a crime to overserve; it is a civil violation. You have nothing on the bar. Hire a good DWI lawyer.
