Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
We had someone watch our house for Christmas. Lets give the house sitter a name, Bill. While we, owners of the house, were gone Bill had company over without our permission . Lets name the unauthorized company Charlie. So Bill and Charlie are hanging then Bill says that he fell asleep on the couch in the office. While Bill was "sleeping", Charlie was free to move through out the house. When we got back, Bill tells us what happened and several electronic and jewelery were missing. Can Bill be charged with anything for letting someone in the house, like accessory?

No, Bill wasn't an accessory unless he knew that "Charlie" was stealing stuff.
If you had a specific agreement with Bill that he wouldn't let anyone into the house, you should sue him for money damages for your loss.
