Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Texas

I have a question regarding a computer terminal at my school. The thing is, the computers are obviously in a public place, however, when I went to the bathroom, some idiots decided to look at every website that I looked at. They then told the teacher, and she then ordered me to get off the computer. I think that's so retarded, I mean, why have internet on the computer if no one is allowed to use it? I mean, does that make sense to you? At any rate, I would like to prosecute the perpetrators that did this, because I think that they had no right to do this. Granted, the computer was in a public place so people can get access to it, but WHAT PSYCHO BITCHS would take the time to look what's on other people's computers? That's a invasion privacy issue isn't it? Or, if I can't prosecute for them on that charge, than could I sue them for harrassment? That is a form of harrassment, isn't it? And, oh, by the way, I go to Court Reporting School here in Dallas.

P.S. I would also like to sue the teacher that bitched me out, because that was SO UNCALLED for. Please just give me your advice.
