Teen Discrimination is it legal ?

Can they discriminate against teens ? What rights do we have ?

It depends on why and how they are discriminating. For example, most 18 year old people can't rent a car because the insurance for a rental car is so high. This is a form of discrimination, but isn't one you can very well do anything about. The basis of the discrimination is the accident rate of teen drivers. The insurance companies and rental companies have a rational basis.

Teens are not a protected class (like race, sex, national origin, or religion). Hence discriminating against them is legal so long as its not for an improper reason.
