Wrongful Termination

Once offered a Full-time position and worked in this position for alomost a month can my employer take back what they offered me? I am currently pregnant and I advised my employer of this the first day of my employment. Now I believe she is ending my employment due to me being pregnant.

If you can prove that you are being terminated for being pregnant, you will have a case. If they knew of your pregnancy before they hired you, it would be very difficult to prove that the pregnancy was the basis for your termination.
